     During covid lockdown, online substance recovery meetings blossomed.  This gives newcomers the opportunity to attend far-away meetings, completely anonymously - even invisibly!

Every meeting is different, as every meeting is run by participants.  If you don't like one meeting, try another one.

I recommend watching and listening for at least 5 meetings, and trying at least 3 different ones.  Be "a fly on the wall."

Most meetings will allow you to keep your screen off.  If you find one that doesn't, there's nothing to stop you from clicking out!
