Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) The original 12-step program, formed by a man named Bill W who couldn't stop drinking and felt that if he could talk to someone non-judgmental about it, he might be able not to drink that day.

SMART Recovery
A secular and behavioral recovery program

Recovery Dharma
A Buddhist-based program - no higher power required.

Al Anon
For those who love someone with an addiction or who is affected by someone unpredictable or self-destructive
